13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
