A strategic game is a model of a typical corporation with all major functions such as manufacturing, marketing, distribution, finance.  A participant plays a role of a corporate executive who makes such decisions as volume of production, production in-country or abroad, product pricing, sales and marketing spending, and distribution channels.  A business simulation cycle corresponds to a year. During each cycle participants compete with each other in a simulated environment.  A typical management simulation takes about 7 -12 cycles (equivalent to 7-12 years).
