Mr. Roman
Nowacki earned his M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management (1998) and M.S.E.E.
from Warsaw Technical University (Poland, 1974). In addition to leading
PolStrat he regularly lectures Strategic Management and International
Management at Northern Illinois University College of Business (NIU). Prior to
starting PolStrat Mr. Nowacki held management positions at Lucent Technologies
in corporate strategy, process improvement, and customer satisfaction. From
1994 until 1996, Mr. Nowacki headed AT&T Communication Services Polska, a
foreign subsidiary of AT&T Corp. and served on its Board of Directors. Prior
to that Mr. Nowacki was an International Market Manager for AT&T broadband
products. From 1981 until 1993, he held various positions in Bell
Laboratories, such as exploratory R&D management, project/program management,
and M&A activities. His areas of interest are Strategic Scenario Planning and
Entrepreneurship Management.
