PolStrat is engaged in providing consulting services in Strategic Management  We are a small team of consultants with a wide range of expertise in supporting small and medium businesses in  Strategy Planning, Strategy Formulation, and in facilitating Business Strategy Simulations and Strategic Games. PolStrat was founded by Roman Nowacki who has a deep practical experience with well-known high technology companies such as Bell Laboratories, AT&T and Lucent Technologies and teaching experience from Northern Illinois University College of Business.
